Whether you’re on the road or on the job site, we offer a full suite of glass services:
Yes, we offer full mobile service for all vehicle types. While we aim to complete every job on-site, the high-quality adhesives we use require protection from rain or snow to cure properly. If the weather is unfavorable and you don't have an indoor workspace available, we provide a free pickup and return service to handle the replacement at our shop, keeping your schedule on track and your vehicle safe.
Can it be repaired? Often, yes—if the chip is smaller than a loonie and isn't blocking the driver's view. We recommend a full replacement if:
A professional windshield repair is defined by structural integrity, not cosmetic invisibility. Our primary objective is to chemically bond the glass back together, restoring its original safety standards and preventing the damage from spreading. Much like a medical stitch that heals a wound while leaving a small scar, the resin 'heals' the break. Once the chip is filled and cured with our high-quality resin, the glass is structurally sound and safe for the road.
We typically request a 3 to 4 hour window for a full replacement. While the actual installation often takes less time, modern vehicles are complex machines with integrated safety sensors and advanced features that require precision. We refuse to cut corners; our 'artisanal' approach ensures every job meets or exceeds OEM standards. As a signature touch, all in-shop replacements include a complimentary interior vacuum and mini-detail, so your vehicle’s interior feels as fresh as your new glass.
Your safety depends on the quality of your glass. We exclusively install OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) glass to ensure a factory-spec fit every time. By avoiding low-quality aftermarket alternatives—which often suffer from optical distortions or fitment issues—we guarantee a perfect seal and a crystal-clear view. This high standard is essential for the precision required in our in-house ADAS recalibrations.
Your safety is our priority. We use premium, OEM-recommended urethane that features a 30-minute Safe Drive-Away Time. In most cases, your vehicle is ready to hit the road by the time we finish our final cleanup and reassembly. Please note that while the bond is safe for driving immediately, the adhesive takes up to two weeks to fully cure; we recommend avoiding high-pressure car washes and slamming doors with the windows up for the first 24 hours.
Yes, if a windshield replacement is covered under a comprehensive insurance claim, the required safety recalibration is almost always covered as well, as it is a safety mandate by the manufacturer.
Not at all. We have invested in industry-leading ADAS technology to ensure your vehicle’s safety features are returned to factory standards. By performing these critical recalibrations in-house, we guarantee that systems like lane-departure warnings and emergency braking are 100% accurate. This expert, one-stop approach provides a seamless alternative to the dealership, getting you back on the road safely and efficiently.
