PARAGON GLASS | Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Paragon Glass, we stand behind the quality of our work. This warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.
What is Covered:
- Workmanship & Materials: We warranty that all glass installations and repairs have been completed to Safe, Proper Repair and Replacement standards. This covers issues resulting directly from the installation process, including water leaks, wind noise, loose moldings, or rattles.
- Aftermarket Parts: For installations involving aftermarket parts (such as window regulators and glass lift motors), Paragon Glass provides a lifetime warranty on our workmanship.
What is Not Covered:
- Parts Out of Warranty: The physical parts themselves (e.g., aftermarket regulators or motors) are covered strictly by the manufacturer’s or supplier’s specified warranty period. If a component fails after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, the customer is responsible for the cost of the replacement part as well as the labor required to remove the failed unit and install the new one.
- Subsequent Damage: This warranty does not cover damage caused by or resulting from stone chips, rock impacts, road hazards, collisions, structural rust, or vehicle body deterioration.
- Misuse or Abuse: Coverage is excluded for damage resulting from unreasonable use, improper maintenance, neglect, or lack of proper care of the vehicle.
Eligibility & Duration:
This warranty is non-transferable. It remains valid from the date of issue only providing the described vehicle remains owned and registered to the individual named on the original invoice.
Warranty terms are subject to change. The warranty terms in effect at the time of your original invoice will apply.
